As the daughter of a phenomenal astrologer, I’ve had the privilege of working with the language of astrology from a young age. Over the years I’ve read hundreds of charts and there seems to be one major theme that keeps getting my attention; Women and Mars.
Mars is a very important planet in the birth chart that represents how our energy flows into the world, how we initiate and assert ourselves into the world around us. It connects us to our deeper desire that turns into action. Often times I find that women have a harder time integrating and using this planets energy while men have a harder time getting in touch with their Venus.
Why is that so? Because societal conditioning has taught little girls how to be girls and boys how to be boys. Women are not inherently taught how to use their masculine energy (Mars) and men aren’t usually familiarized with the receptivity and sensitivity of Venus. This has created a huge imbalance on the planet for centuries. This fragmentation is the foundation of the polarity system that our modern day relationship model is build around. This system is outdated. It is non conducive to sustainable, soul satisfying love.
Love is a whole frequency and needs a whole and integrated vessel to channel through. A fragmented psyche will fragment love on its way through. For most women, making Mars conscious is the key that allows love to flow freely in its pure form.
The ideology of ‘inner masculine’ and ‘inner feminine’ can be a bit etherial and hard to grasp. This system I have developed takes these mystifying concepts and makes them very real, tangible and personal. You have a Mars in your birth chart. That is your masculine energy. Masculine is one of the two ways that energy flows. It is essential in order to function as a whole and integrated being. It needs to be activated for your feminine to heal and thrive.
On a collective level, the relationship between the masculine and feminine is shifting and coming into equilibrium. This shift is not about men and women, it is happening within each and every one of us and it is each and every one of our responsibility to participate. This is for the women who are ready to lead us into a new era.
